Very kind and caring! She took the time to listen to my concerns, and talked to me about lookding for a specialist to treat my larger medical issue. She has since moved to different practice from my local hospital, so the insurance information may not be helpful. Because of the setup in her previous office, I overheard her working with another patient with very different concerns and of a different generation. She dealt with that patient very kindly, and remembered the patient's family from the hospital. This is pretty unique in such a big city.
