The doctor was never on time with her appointment, 30 to 2 hours late and she never apologize for that. She is usually rushing when it's your turn to get examined and at some point was rude and unprofessional in dealing with her patient.

This is THE worst doctor I have EVER been to. She is rude and unhelpful! Her staff is so rude and barely speaks English. They harass you with phone calls and tried to over bill my insurance company.

I have had terrible experiences with this office. On my first visit, I went in to discuss depression issues. The staff was rude, and I waited over 45 minutes for the visit. Instead of discussing depression and anti-depressant options, she immediately insisted on doing the HPV vaccine. Helpful, yes, but it felt like a used-car salesman pitch rather than a visit to the doctor. When I finally asked her about the depression issues again, she said she had another patient and I would have to make another appointment. The second time I went in I ended up waiting over 2 hours! Every time I asked her staff if I could reschedule, they were extremely rude and told me that if I left the waiting room I forfeited my appointment time. Finally, I have a terrible time trying to reach the office by phone. It rings for 2 minutes and 3 seconds (I've timed it), and then disconnects the call. There is no voice mail option. I have never had a worse experience with a doctor and their staff.

I found Dr Cruzat to be pretty knowledgable about what she does. Although I have to say, that my parents have been going to her for years, I have had 2 instances where she had not been professional at least with me. She made it seem like I was supposed to know what medications my father was taking and she didn't know either and she had to question herself at that time too. Other times she had been very polite and caring on the phone when I had to contact her to speak about my father. Overall, I really don't have any major complaints about her as a physican. She is knowledgable and understanding at times but her bedside manner can be quick and rushing and a little pushy.

Dr. Cruzat is very helpful and she tries to make time for her patients. Her office is always busy and it can be hard to get seen at the time you scheduled. Some of her staff are good and very helpful like Edna and Jackie. Both are very nice and try to help you as much as possible. Phyllis is rude and pushy. She thinks she knows what she is doing but she doesn't. She is also very nosy. She also has a very heavy hand when giving injections or blood draws and that is why I always ask for Jackie or get it done at the lab if Jackie isn't there. You do not want a bruise the size of a softball on your arm. Dr. Cruzat also makes herself available by phone after her office hours in cases of emergencies which I find helpful and you don't find that many doctors that will do that.

I feel that my doctor has not listened to my initial concerns about my condition and has just now realized that my concerns may be more in line to what is really going on with me health wise.
