This happened years ago, but the bad memories still haunts me. Dr. Leya is a one man show in her clinic, no secretary at all. I felt rushed each visit. So 1st visit she doesn't know that I'm pregnant and that she presumed I came there for fertility check but I was referred to her to properly manage my medication . I knew this because 2nd visit I remember her saying "Oh so you're pregnant",well literally this doctor was not paying attention & did a very poor history taking. No follow up calls at all. I also felt rushed and this doctor's billing stalked me by collecting a co pay difference of $15. I explained to them that I paid the right amount of co pay with my old insurance card but they are asking for the deductible that shows on the new insurance card.The visit occurred within the month of November so I should follow the deductible on my old card. By February I'm receiving calls from their billing that I owe the clinic a difference of $15, I felt harassed and so pissed that I paid the $15.
