Dr. Close is too busy and has no time for patients. His office miscoded for a regular check up and I am fighting the hospital billing system .

The doctor did not take any time with me even though I had seen him before. The woman who did the initial evaluation had no idea what she was doing. I had to help her enter information in the computer. The whole experience was terrible and I would never recommend Dr. Close.

Avoid this doctor at any price. I made early morning appointment to get it done early so I could go to work. Office was still locked when I arrived 10 minutes earlier. By the time office staff and doctor arrived it was well after 15 minutes of my appointment. Most importantly I had regular check up and it was miscoded. His office nor billing never cooperated with me to fix the issue and as a result I had to pay out of my pocked instead of insurance coverage.
