Zero beside manner. There is a sensitivity around the issue that requires you go to see a Dr. such as this. You would hope to be treated with just some general pleasantries. ...a smile maybe...called by your name by the Dr.....not here. This was my follow up visit after all the testing had been completed. The Dr. was very knowledgeable on the impending procedure...how he was going to cut the roof of my vagina to insert a mesh to hold up my urethra. However... he failed to say that I could have this procedure done in the hospital if I wanted to... not in his office, where he told me it would be. The nurse is the one that told me I had an option. Nursing staff nice enough...secretary didn't look up from computer to acknowledge my presence...even after standing right in front of her. I do not feel comfortable enough to have this procedure done.
I will not return.

Negative bedside manner, rushed me out, didn’t answer questions, not sure if competent. He entered the room with a negative attitude. He described symptoms that I didn’t have. When I pointed that out, he cut me off and told me that I “was lucky” not to have all of the symptoms. He told me that my sphincter was tighter than his other older patients who are penetrated by the device with ease like “a dart”. I asked him why I was having incontinence and what can be done. He responded with “you’re old”.

Very understanding, Doesn't rush you...Office not crowded. YOu don't wait....He tried to accomplish everything you ask....Clean office.Good personnel....Very knowledgeable abaout problem..also gyno. problems...
