Dr. Maung is very approachable and knowledgeable and has a wonderful "bed-side manner". He has a great office staff. Even when my mother was in the end stages of Alzheimer's and afraid of everyone, she was comfortable with Dr. Maung. He is our family's physician, and we are very pleased with his knowledge and care. Besides being smart and kind, he listens.

Dr. Ohn Maung always treats me as well as others in our family with the greatest respect and professionalism one could wish for a doctor. I am 60 years old and can honesty say that he is the best doctor I and our family have ever had. He takes the time to explain health issues and medication and makes suggestions for improvement. I would recommend him (and have done so) to others without reservation.

I tried for a long time to find a good doctor in this area. I have been with Dr Maung for a few years now and am very satisfied! I have also referred some family members to him. They are also very satisfied! He always takes time to explain things and is very honest.

I absolutely love this office. I have always been able to come into the office either the same day or next day after calling. Dr. Maung sits down and talks to you about your concerns before examining you and answers all of your questions honestly (whether you like the answer or not). I have recommended him to all of my family members. He is generous with giving samples of medication and calling in prescriptions. My job is switching insurance companies and I am in the process of trying to get him on board with the new company so that I don't have to switch. It's hard to find a caring, honest doctor with supportive staff so when you do, hang on to them.

I have been going to Dr. Maung for a couple of years now and have never had a problem until now. My mother had a terrible fall a couple weeks ago and she had to have surgery on her arm. She is a single mother and she just landed a new job. She had to take two weeks of unpaid leave after her fall. To make a long story short, Dr. Maung made my mom make an office visit or he would not write the referral for her physical therapy (even though he had written one for the surgean, etc) she had to miss another half day of unpaid leave. When we went in there he was unsympathetic, rude, and arrogant towards my mom. He basically told my mom that if he couldn't make her happy, that he was not her doctor anymore, and for her to find another doctor. (My mouth dropped) After all my mom had been through the past month, I couldn't believe it. He didn't even let my mom finish one sentence. He cut her off and cont. to tell her she wasn't his patient anymore. The nurses at the front desk are extremely nice!
