Dr Phillips performed a surgery on our son. He's an incredible human being. So compassionate and thoughtful. (One of our nurses even commented to us what a great doctor he is - clearly he treats all staff with respect). Thank you, Dr. Phillips!

He only gave me a fake hope. He does 4 surgeries to my son in 1 year and all are failed. His attitude with me was unprofessional. He did not want to answer my questions. If he think that being a director of the department can treat people this way, he is absolutely wrong. I m not going to let it go easily. Also, after my son’s surgeries always he is not in the country.
I am disappointed and not forgiving him for the whole rough year that he let us go through.

Dr. Phillips performed Endoscopic Strip Craniectomy on my 4 month old. From our 1st meeting with him we felt a sense of relief and care. He explained in detail what surgery would entail and explained my son would be ok. He told us he would take care of him as if he was his own, and he did just that. We are so thankful that we were referred to Dr. Phillips. He is such a wonderful caring doctor that does not rush us and allows us to ask questions. Thank you Dr. Phillips for giving my baby boy his best chance at life.

Having a child with a rare type of cancer was beyond awful, and Dr. Philips has continued to demonstrate the art and skill of surgical intervention at it's finest. Medicine is a science however, the human piece had us misdiagnosed for 2 years. Dr. Philips has worked ongoing to support the reconstruction and health of our son for 5 years now. Exceptionally professional, clear, and approachable.

My 18 month old grandson was diagnosed with a large mass in the left orbit of his face. He had major cranial and and facial reconstruction which was done by Dr. John Philips. My grandson is now 11 years old and looking amazing. He is a great surgeon and has a great team. I would recommend his expertise to anybody .

My daughter just had surgery on her top jaw, we all felt that we were in the best hands, he was up front with my daughter about how she would feel after the surgery, he did her first surgery when she was 11 months old for a cleft palate repair, cannot say enough about the man, Thanks Dr Philips, from the bottom of our hearts
