Blue Cross / Blue Shield
The worst doctor appt I've ever had in life. Waited forever and then she rushed me. I got the impression I was wasting her time. Her explanations were not clear (from a lay person's perspective) and I left more confused than when I arrived. Her nurse was nice but that's the only good thing I have to say about the visit.
