Dr. Pezen may seem very friendly and willing to help but it ends there. His staff cannot seem to understand how prescription refills work. Nor do they seem to know how to return phone calls. It's annoying to have to chase the staff down to get a simple refill for a simple ointment. The only time Dr. Pezen's staff tend to come alive is when they are in conversation with one another. They don't care about any if your questions or concerns. There are many excellent dermatologists within this area. I will not recommend Dr. Pezen and staff to anyone.

Dr. Pezen was very professional and had a very likable demeanor. He was easy to talk to and has been great with curing acne in both my teenage daughter and son. He was referred by a friend who also had great luck with him - I would recommend him highly ! Staff was friendly and cooperative also. Don't know how what people are looking for but I would not classify him as arrogant at all. He comes in, gets the job done and sticks to the task at hand. He's a Good Doctor! p.s. No botox pushing here ....

I have been seeing Dr. Pezen for years. He is very professional and really knows his field. He is always happy and never rushes a visit. My daughter also loves him and since she has move to another state hasn't found anyone she likes as much.

I have been seeing Dr. Pezen for about 2 years. I have nothing but great things to say about him and his staff. In fact, my wife and two children are now patients of Dr. Pezen as well. Great bed side manners, very knowledgeable, caring and passionate about his profession. I Highly recommended his practice. I was referred to him as well from someone in the medical profession.

he is very arrogant! dont go! maybe prescribes good stuff but worst attitude.. he didnt even say hi or anything... i am surprised he is still in the practice with his arrotanceness
