I was Dr. Chernins patient for over 30 years! She was the best doctor anyone could have! Always caring and making time and getting me checked out thoroughly. Because of her care and determination for me to be my best health, I’m still doing good!
I now had the unpleasant task to find a new doctor and I was lucky enough to have been accepted into a new practise but it’s not the same. I have yet to meet my doctor as the nurse practitioner has been taking care of me.
It’s difficult to get appointments, something I didn’t have to worry about with Dr. Chernin!
I know she deserves her retirement but I miss her a lot!! Nothing is the same.

Dr. Chernin has been an incredible and trusted physician for me for the past 30 years. She has been caring, thoughtful, and resourceful with a strong network of superior referral specialists. I always felt extremely well taken care of and confident that I was being referred to the best possible resource for whatever health issue I was dealing with.
It is a great loss that the practice is closing and she will be greatly missed.

Dr. Chernin was a great physician. I had a number of health issues over my 20 years with her - and she was always proactive, caring and professional. My health outcomes have been positive because of her referrals and connections with great specialists. I am sorry to see her retire, but she deserves to relax. It's too bad she had hoped to transition her practice over to Dr. Erika Frasca....who over the years has never meaningfully worked there and has now left the practice high and dry.

Our Experience as patient since the mid/late 1990s: Our Dr. Chernin (and her associate Dr. Pariser) were really wonderful. They built up a strong network and had referral contacts with superior specialists. Excellent examples for aspiring doctors. We felt we were always in good hands.

The staff was so caring and empathetic in the beginning. Dedicated to servicing the clients. Fern was the absolute best. What an angel. Cathy (at the time tolerable) has since become unbearable with displays of hostility and Justin is very unhelpful.

Anyway, Drs. Chernin and Pariser are great Canadians. They will be held in high esteem.

Dr. Chernin is truly one of a kind. She has been my family doc for 20 years. She is kind, compassionate, professional, helpful - and she listens. Now that her practice is closing, I will be moving to a new fam doc, which will be a difficult transition as the bar is high. I wish Trudy the very best. I'm so very grateful that we've had the benefit of her care and counsel and I wish her an absolutely fabulous retirement.

Dr. Chernin is the kind of Doctor one hopes to find when looking for a doctor: caring, knowledgeable and wise, I have been fortunate to have had her as my family doctor for about 20 years, and now that our doctors’ office is closing, I am facing the task of finding a new doctor, a formidable undertaking. Trudy's been a caring doctor to us for about 35 years, open to debate, treatments etc. They all have been pretty good - including Justin the receptionist. But Cathy may well have lost them patients, she is so hostile. Zero people skills; acts like patients are idiots, including in her 'I'm-so-tired-of-this' answering message.
