I always prepare for her to be running behind. I’ve learned to accept this. The wait is always worth it. I’ve been seeing Dr Christie for many years now, dealing with chronic migraines. Once I get in to see her, she never rushes me. She listens to me and is extremely kind and understanding.

I have always had great service with Dr. Christie and her staff. Never had to wait much. She is very gentle When administering Botox for Migraines. She is very knowledgeable, and since I have been receiving this treatment, my migraines have decreased by at least 75%. I am very happy and would recommend her.

Her staff called 430 on a Friday to cancel an appointment that was booked for 6 months and confirmed 3x. They claimed I never replied when I left messages via email, phone and their secure portal. What a horrible place!

This doctor is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful as she has never been on time or close to being on time for her patients. Every single appointment I’ve had I had to wait an hour-2 hours no matter what day or time and the doctor nor receptionists ever apologize or give a statement regarding the lateness. Then, whenever they call you to make an appointment you have to answer otherwise it’s beyond impossible to call them back or reach them as no one answers the phone.

This doctor is the epitome of ego as she completely disregards her patients time. My first and subsequent visits were always 3 hours in the waiting room. Covid in this case has been a blessing as for the first time she is actually on time!! Everyone understands waiting in a dr office but every time 3 hours is a blatant disregard for anyone else but herself. She is however fast and amazing at her job when you actually get into the room.

Unprofessional and biased approach to Motor Vehicle Accident patients. Looks like when working for the insurance she forgets about the oath she gave when became a doctor. Dear doctor, please Do Not Harm somebody else's child as you would not harm your own.

My first appointment was early September 2019. The office called a few days prior to my scheduled appointment to request changing the date to an earlier date (for the next day). I asked if there was any other date within a week of my previously scheduled appointment, they said no and I wouldn't be able to be seen for another six weeks if I declined the appointment given to me for the next day. I scrambled to arrange to have work off and was able to go in. The appointment process went smoothly. My appointment was only 15 minutes behind schedule and I was seen by a resident first who was very kind and thorough. Dr. Christie came in and spent somewhere between. 3-4 minutes. I was still experiencing symptoms from a concussion that had happened 11 months prior and felt like my concerns were brushed off. She arranged for us to meet in mid January and handed me an appointment slip. She said to call to cancel if things were getting better. About 3 weeks before the appointment, I found the slip and realized it had another patients information on it. I called the office to confirm that I had an appointment on the day Dr. Christie mentioned and they did not have me down for ANY returning appointments (left me a voicemail letting me know.) I called back twice after receiving this voicemail wondering why someone else's information was given to me, as this is a breach of confidentiality and my voicemail messages were not answered. This was extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend this office.

My first appointment she kept me waiting over 3 hours - since then every three months I get to sit at least 2-3 hours in the waiting room getting more and more frustrated each time. It doesn't seem to matter what day or time of the day I book, it's always the same .
