Don’t waste your time!! Terrible experience from the first phone call! Scheduled an appointment 6 weeks ago to seek help. Never received a follow up phone call days after like I was promised. I called back to confirm and made it very clear I wanted to see the nurse since I was more comfortable with a female. The day before my appointment I have yet to receive a curtesy call as a reminder or ANY information so I call the day before to confirm, once again only to discover the nurse I was supposed to see has been out for weeks and I that apparently I wouldn’t be able to be seen. Maybe calling to tell me would have been a good start? So if I hadn’t called I would have arrived to be seen, for no reason. And the most comical part of it all, the next SOONEST available appointment was a 4 weeks out after waiting 6 weeks to be seen. Not one phone call. What a joke, talk about a lack of professionalism, and the staff is rude and clearly undereducated, I was put on hold for 10 minutes just to confirm my appointment, absolutely appalled at this nightmare of a situation.

I don't know what this person in the last comment is taking about. He has had some horrible staff over the years and it seems like an ex-employee wrote the review. He has always been attentive and listened to everything that I've had to say and I've seen him for over 5 years. I do know he changed office managers at the end of last year and things seem to be running well. I've had him to call up front about stuff missing from my chart but he hasn't talked down on anyone that I know of. Maybe this office manager he let go wrote the last review as it seems a bit suspicious and sounds about the time she was terminate and replaced. His new manager is always available and answers questions about billing or other problems and things seem to be looking up for his practice. I know I won't be going anywhere else.

Dr. Warner is great doctor. I'm not sure what these other reviews. He is very punctual and at least he doesn't have patients waiting for hours like another doctor up the street. He is straight and to the point and I have never had him be impolite to me or hear him say anything. He is known to be one of the best doctors around in knowing how to prescribe meds and my therapist referred me to him for that reason. If anything, my visits are enjoyable as he does have a great sense of humor and he seems to enjoy what his work. I feel 100 percent better and back to my old self since seeing Dr. Warner and i'm very very happy that he is my doctor.

Prescribed medicine after 5 minutes of talking to me. Took me 2 hours to talk to my him, because he was running late though.... Unprofessional staff, he just did what he had to and was done.

Dr. Warner is a very straight up doc. He does not sugar coat anything, but I can honestly say that he saved my life.

Horrible! Dr. Warner is not only unprofessional and a poor psychiatrist (he does not listen and fails to ask appropriate questions about controlled substances), he is rude, condescending and pompous. I will not return and do not advise anyone else to either! For some reason his reviews were much better 2 years ago when I first started with him.

Felt like going to see him was a complete waste of time and money. The first visit was ok, he made me feel pretty comfortable but my two visits after that were just a WASTE and actually did more harm than good. He took me off a medication that was working great for me, put me on something else that did NOT work and I ended up having a seizure b/c of it. I will NOT be going back and I would never recommend him to anyone...unless maybe it was someone I hated!
