Waited 3 months for appt. Less than 24 hours before Taniesha from his office leaves me a message. This office does not pick up the phone. You must leave message and wait for callback. Three hours before appt. I speak to Taniesha and she asks "Why did I call you?" She did not state her business and I confirmed appt. by return text. Now she tells me she cannot see me three hours from now without new patient paperwork. She says she emailed me yesterday the paperwork. I never got it. She wants to fax it to me now. I don't have a fax. So the appt. is canceled. I could have made it but Taniesha failed me. Do not use this office. You cannot get past the front desk. Now I have appt. next
week with the neurologist who wants a memory test I cannot get because of Taniesha's incompetence. I don't expect to be charged for this appt. Not my fault this office won't pick up the phone. They have a real problem. She was very flippant and could care less.

Went to him for my wife's memory issues. He is a judgemental ******* whose results are questionable, meaningless and useless.He spent just a few minutes asking me questions about her then drew absurd conclusions which have done nothing to assist her. From other reviews I see here, I take it her results were based on her being Hispanic rather than medical knowledge...

I am going to report this doctor. The experience that I had with Dr Shindell is likely malpractice. Didn’t seem to care much and didn’t help at all. He probably did more harm than good. Basically was on his cell phone the entire time. He draws conclusions without proper discovery. If he does this to most his patients he should be stopped. So sad that he doesn’t care about his patients.

The staff was wonderful at Georgia Neuropsychology, LLC........Changed my thoughts about the practice since they had such a bad rating.......That's why you can believe everything you read or see in the internet! Overall, wonderful experience! Needed the evaluation to get extra assistance for special education in Law School. Dr. Shindell provided the evaluation so I can receive the additional services........Thanks to Dr. Shindell I can finish Law school with no problems!

Received a wonderful experience from the very first telephone call with Ms. Kiki...........She was able to get an appointment for my son in a few days. Dr. Shindell provided us with the answers needed so we can start the process for disability for my son. Thank you for the wonderful service and will tell others to call your office for an appointment regardless what the reviews might say about Dr. Shindell.............Just like they always say, you can't always believe everything your read on the internet about a provider's office until you have experienced a problem with the office..........................

Thank you for your assistance with confirming the diagnosis for my father........We have a better understand of his mental condition and now we have the extra assistance from home health. Dr. Shindell is misunderstood, but he have the knowledge that some other providers just do have yet!

I was sent to this Dr to find out why I am having memory & other issues after suffering a Traumatic Brain Injury. Instead of answers, what I did receive was a report calling me a lair, with a low IQ, he also states that I am exaggerating a condition that he also states does not exist. As stated below by another reviewer, he states I said things that were never discussed. He deliberately ignores your medical records & test results, and includes others medical data to achieve the conclusion he is paid for (worker compensation). If you are truly seeking help for your medical problems, save you time and money and go to someone who is not going to degrade, humiliate, or demoralize you, and in it for the money only. And to the few positive reviews, accidents do happen, so it is possible that he has helped some, but them again I doubt he is capable of helping anyone except his self.

Total crackpot. He's in bed with workers comp and auto insurance companies and will diagnose you based on what the insurance companies want him to say. He's everything that's wrong with the medical community. Unethical doesn't even begin to describe this low life. Should have his license stripped from him. If you go, record everything! Trust me. Otherwise DO NOT SEE THIS IDIOT.
