I needed a primary Dr. And was refered to Dr Michael Jones .........I I truly felt that I finally found a caring and concern doctor that listens to his patients, and was very supportive and helpfull, in following threw with my medical care, that has been neglected by other doctors.

Dr. Jones has been treating my parents for approx 10 yrs, my mother has several severe health problems, while under his care for diabetics, her Blood sugar was not getting any better, I scheduled her an appt. with a diabetic specialist, Dr. Jones was outraged that I took her to another Dr. While at her last visit Dr jones asked why did she go to someone else for her diabetics, that HE had not refered her to anyone, she tried to explain her sugar was not getting any better with his treatment plan. He basically pushed her chart into her hands and said well let the other Dr. handle your cholesterol and blood pressure, and all other medical and I will see you once a year. HE WAS SO UN-professional about the situation, Needless to say we will not be returning to his office. And to top it off it took him 1 yr to realize he had not been writing her Rx's for her diabetics. and since that last visit, my mother has been very heart broken that he would react in this manner.

Although he is rarely on time, he spends time with you to try and figure out what is wrong and to me that is worth the wait because most doctors do not do that anymore. He is very caring.

I went to see this doctor sick as a dog. I waiting forever it seemed, when he finally got to me, he came in the room did not even introduce himself, he was not friendly at all. He was more interested in sending me for all kinds of test rather than focus on my sore throat which I know was strep throat. He didnt do a throat culture. I will not go back to him ....rude
