I've been seen at this office twice. The low scores are due to the horrible experiences I've had with communication to and from this office. In a word, their communication with patients is abyssmal. I've been trying to get a response to a request for a prescription question for over 2 days now, and still nothing. Their canned answer is " we are forwarding this to the doctor to review." Don't waste your time with this office - a small malady could turn into something life threatening and that still wouldn't guarantee you'd get a response in a timely manner ftom the staff here. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different practice where they actually care about the patients' well being.

We called at 10am to set up and appointment today for my father in law. It is now 6pm and have not heard anything. He has seen Dr. Parker several times. Although I do believe he has good knowledge, he doesn't seem to very involved with his patients or their family. If my father in law was not going back to WV, we would change Dr.

This doctor would not prescribe the medication that I requested even though it is not narcotic or habit forming. He seems very judgmental and unfriendly. I will not go back to see him.

I do not know why theses reviews have been negative. I have been going to Dr. Parker for 12+ years and would go no where else. He's honest and speaks frankly. I appreciate his advice and recommendations.

He doesn't have a very good bed side manner. He makes fun of his patients to his nurses.

I am a young female who has a family history of heart disease. Went in to get a physical. Dr. Parker ordered a specific blood test to look for my heart disease risk. Came back high. A nurse called to explain my results. I was told that my veins and arteries were inflamed and I was at double risk of having a heart attack. I'm not overweight and I don't have high blood pressure or cholesterol. All I was told was to take 1 aspirin per day. When I asked if the doctor needed to see me to explain my results and a course of action she said that all of his notes said to return in 1 year. This was unacceptable to me so I am now looking for a new PC Dr. I have had to do all of my research online. According to many sources online, he should have called me back in to explain what the results meant and what I needed to do as far as diet and exercise/lifestyle change. Also found out that I should be retested in a couple of months. I am disappointed by this Dr.'s apparent lack of concern re my health
