very satisfied with the overall experience, and the solution to my skin problem, which had been chronic in nature. I now recommend my family and friends who inquire about the location of a good skin doctor.

Doctor and physician assistant Ewa Rooney had very poor communication, unresponsive in the beginning to questions, not receptive, defensive, gave out small samples that did not even last for the slow prior authorization-had to call for two days to get new samples and nurse feedback. Slow prior authorization for an antibiotic and slow nurse call back. Nurses do not listen to the patient on the phone, would rather explain the process of a prior authorization than acknowledge what is at issue. Costs four dollars to park, depends on the length of stay-the office does not acknowledge that on their website or telephone service. There is more emphasis on aesthetic beauty than skin problems; I was unaware of this and did not do thorough research due to an abnormal skin growth on the face and was in need of a doctor. Would not recommend to anyone. Patient beware.
