Worst Office Staff in all of Medicine- made me feel unwelcome and in turn, has me seeking medical help elsewhere

We have used Dr. Lawson (and his partner Dr. Brachy) for about 10 years. We have received nothing short of responsive, informed medical advice. They keep good records of our care, handle problems promptly and I would recommend them highly.

they called me to make sure that I would be there for an 11:00 appointment and there was NOBODY in the waiting room. They took walk-ins before me and finally took me back to the room at 12. It is 12:30 and I still haven't seen the Dr. This place is a ghost town, it is not like he is super busy or anything.
