The front office staff is not professional. They do not identify themselves by name when answering the calls for the office. When requesting any help with medication refills over the phone, they will read a script telling you to contact the pharmacy to have them send over the request to get the refill and not allow you to speak to a nurse or doctor even if you already did all this before calling them. When you have any additional questions then you must make an appointment with the doctor as they will not call you. I was a patient at this office for several years and decided not to return as they were unwilling to realize the front office staff was not helping people with refills on prescriptions that are vital to my staying alive. I would not recommend this office as they are not attentive to helping anyone.
