Great doctor. He is very knowledgeable. Has looked after our family for the last 27 years and now looking after the next generation. He doesn't take nonsense from patients that have already self diagnosed themselves and then comes in to tell him his job. I WILL NOT be changing doctors.

Harold is cocky arrogant and possesses no sense of empathy. I agree with the observations of the others, and have to assume that the positive experiences were with children.... the social ignorance, and lack of medical curiosity outside of his assumptions, would go over their head.

Terrible doctor. I think most who have go to him would agree, he’s cocky, arrogant and so full of himself. He’s got a million pictures of him and his family through his office and only cares to talk about fishing rather than your health issues.

Excellent doctor, knows what he’s doing and is always on it when there’s something wrong. His staff are great too!

Dr. Hynscht is the BEST! We have received nothing but excellent care from him for 25 years. During the pandemic, his office called to give us appointment times in order to receive our covid-19 vaccine shots and boosters. How great is that!!!! This shows just how much he cares for his patients; he wants to ensure that all of his patients received the protection of vaccination. We heard from loved ones and on the news what a nightmare it was to book vaccination appointments through the provincial portal. Enough said! Thank you, Dr. Hynscht, for all you do!!!

This medical care here is terrible. No one answers the phone when you call, you have to wait months for an appointment and when you finally get in, you get about 3 minutes of talking to his back while he types into a computer. More disturbingly, like other posters below, I have also heard him loudly discuss other patients outside my exam room door with his secretary. It is a small town so I even know who he is talking about. Not cool at all.

Find another doctor.. He has too many patients for his practice. The staff never answer the phone. The office say email but don’t respond. Can’t talk to anyone unless you show up at their door. Won’t renew scripts without appointment and then have to wait 8 weeks to get appointment. Completely close down for vacations with no backup. Terrible service.

Hynscht is lucky doctors are hard to find or he'd be out of business. Phones are rarely answered by staff, he's the least caring doctor I've ever met and just seems to not enjoy the fact he's a doctor. Only positive is he's punctual

Horrible experience with a certain staff member. Confidentially is at question here. I have no issues with Dr. himself, however after recent experiences, I have no trust in this office and do not feel comfortable visiting any longer. Small town comes with gossip, but absolutely NOT when it comes to patient care and their health concerns.

Very knowledgeable. Will explain results of tests with me. I feel I am in very capable hands. He will take the time to explain results and treatment with me. Gone are the days of old fashioned family doctors who had smaller practices. Medical practices are very busy and health care staff are stretched to their limits. That is a reality that some patients just don't seem to understand.
