Non responsive when you really need him. My brother is a new patient and we had a question about the new medication he was prescribed. We left the office several messages, but they did not respond until 2 weeks after the initial appointment. Their response was a new medication with no explanation on how to use it and why it was changed. Still waiting on a call from the doctor himself to explain it. No word from him.
