Extremely disappointed. Too busy, too many appointments booked at the same time. I filled out Mammoth amounts of paperwork, but he did not bother to read my chart before coming into the room. I waited over an hour to see him and the visit only lasted about 10 minutes. He seemed to be getting me confused with someone else. He tried to usher me out of the room before he even asked if I had any questions. He semed irritated when I didn't follow his prompt. He is not a detail person when it comes to discussing patient's conditions with them or addressing concerns. Spoke down to me. Said he wanted to do additional blood work, never told me what the blood work was going to be for or what is concern was, went right on to the next patient without giving me the order. This is after waiting over an hour to see him. Last colonoscopy gave me conflicting results. He look like he was half asleep when it came in the room.

Dr. Yapp seems too busy to be able to focus and assist in my ailment. After 3 months of tests, appointments, procedures, and more appointments zero progress or diagnosis has been made. He performed an endoscopy on my and then on my second appointment after, he asks if I had one done?! Really?? Then he didn't even remember HE was the one who performed it. Ridiculous and unacceptable. Every appointment was rushed and accompanied by questions that should already have been answered in my chart. It was like we had a first meeting every time we met. There were a few times I had to have him paged, and it took 2 days and a repeat call to get a call back from him. I would not recommend him if you need anything greater than a prescription for Prilosec.
