Count on a minumum wait of 2 hours after your appointment time. One followup appointment my wife waited 4 hours before finally giving up. Of course he never seems to have any sort of appology - just smiles like nothing is wrong. Extremely arrogant attitude in my opinion.

Prior to my procedure, Dr Rose asked questions that highlighted the fact that he had not read my file nor glanced at any test results performed by his own office. He saw other symptoms that occured during the procedure, saying only "interesting" and then ignoring them. His staff complained about prepping me for surgery to other staff members as if I was a slab of beef with no feelings or comprehension skills. After the procedure, he offered his "diagnosis" while I was groggily coming out of anesthesia in surgery, even prior to my placement in the recovery room. He never made any effort to give any information to my family waiting for the prognosis. After I complained, instead of coming personally to talk, he sent a student, and after I refused to talk to her (and she called me crazy), he sent his wife and two students to attack me. His wife admitted they could not prove his "diagnosis", and two other doctors have refuted that "diagnosis". Worst experience ever with a physician. EVER.

I was scheduled for a surgical procedure in the office on a recent FRIDAY. I took the day off and called just before I left my house to doublecheck where I should go. When I called, I learned that the procedure had been rescheduled to two weeks later and that someone had neglected to call me. When the second date neared the office called at noon the day before to tell me not to come, that I was rescheduled again. Then, at 4:30, the office called back to say it was on again But when I got there at the appointed timem I was told yet again that the procedure was off because of an emergency. I told them to give me my medical records. To be precise, I saw Kellie Rose, not her husband. But it was William Rose who would have done the procedure. I have never seen such slack office practices in my entire life. All told, I lost two days of work.

The staff and the two doctors are not professional. My love one is gone from this earth at the poor medical judgemen of these two doctors hands.

I've never been to an office that was more poorly run. The doctor was always several hours late and the staff was not very helpful. The doctor used poor judgement in operating on my 94 year old mother and major complications occurred which have severly affected her quality of life.

If you are given an "appointment" you better pack a lunch as this obligation is meaningless. If you are seen the solution to your problem may be very questionable.
