For anyone reading this before you read on, If you are concerned and/or had medical care with Dr. Dopson, do consider filing a complaint with the GA Medical Compliance Board. I am doing everything in my power to have him removed as I do not condone lying, I see the multiple people with similar complaints to mines and this is unethical. People die because of behavior like this.

I have to go to Dr. Dopson for a work comp appointment. Originally when I got there the lady‘s at the front desk they were sweetheart. The paperwork was extremely long for no reason in my opinion I just don’t understand why I need to type all of that in especially on a tablet. Then I went from one waiting room to a second and mind you got time I get to the second waiting room I’ve been waiting for 45 minutes at this point. They told me to arrive 30 minutes early, so now I’ve been waiting an additional 40 minutes plus the 30 I came early and I get up to go ask the women hey did you already call my name or something because I’ve been here for over an hour they tell me no he didn’t call you but we’ll get around to you. I’ll wait another 30 minutes before they call me . They put me in a room, I wait another 20 minutes before anybody comes. The nurse comes in she’s old and she’s rude. She asked me a bunch of questions and then after that she tells me that they’re going to do an x-ray. I don’t know why they need to do it If my spine isn’t broken why are you doing an x-ray? The doctor comes and he does this excessive test causing me more pain poking and probing me they really make you believe they care. Then once he finishes the exam he doesn’t tell me anything he walks out two weeks later he tells insurance company I got hurt on my own and I didn’t get hurt at work . I suffered two separate accidents at work one resulted from the other, and me asking the employer to let me go to the doctor, they denied me and threatened to fire me. this man told the insurance company that they were no way no how at fault for the first accident on top of the second accident mind you I have emails I have text messages and I have both voice conversations recorded of me telling them that I'm hurt. I have coworkers who witnessed my demise from these accidents.
And it’s sickening that they allow someone with such low morals to practice medicine. I took the same oath you took and I can tell you sir you not following it. If you are injured and your doctor sent you to this doctor. I’m sorry I just got that they’re just now they’re trying to get out of paying. They are not trying to help you is that is not a real doctor. He caused me more pain than anything trying to prove a point for what if you’re not gonna help the person, what is the point.

I’ve been going to Dr. Dobson for more than 30 years and he’s been great with me ! Had both knees replaced and he did a fantastic job! Now he’s treating my back and he is asking me what I want to do because he knows me and knows I want to put surgery off for as long as I can!
And JJ is an incredibly caring nurse and always encourages me! From the check in staff to the check out staff everyone is fantastic! I love all of them !

Dr. Dopson is rude, aggressive, racist, lack of bedside manner to be a doctor. I saw Dr. Dopson for a knee injury that he careless about.
Dr. Dopson is a bias Worker Comp doctor he puts making kick back profits over helping people.
I wish I could give a no stars.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM .

Dopson was late. Aggressive. Rude. His nurse was unfriendly. And I left feeling more pained than when i arrived. Would not recommend him at all!

I have seen Dr Dopson for the last two years for my knees. He has always been on-time ( longest wait was 30 min) and professional. He listens and then give me his assessment and recommendation in a concise manner. I had a total knee replacement done by him with excellent results and am currently have injections in the other knee with his PA, Jordan. His nurse, JJ, gets back to me promptly and follows through with my request. I would recommend Dr Dopson and his staff.

Was being treated for a knee injury.Knee 4 times the side of the other and Dr.Dopson asked" Was I ready for regular duty?" Wants to scope my knee and prescribe more medication than I care for.Told him the anti-inflammatory medicine caused bleeding and was told that my knee would stay swollen if I did not take them. I guess the internal bleeding is okay. Very combative doctor. Not a doctor I want to ever treat me again.

I would never recommend Dr Dopson. He was rude, unprofessional, late, and could care less that I was having pain. I have never been interrogated or talked down to by a doctor so he was a first. His staff was rude, and his nurse JJ was totally incompetent. If you want to throw away your money, then this is the doctor to see!!

I would never go to this man again--ever! Nor would I recommend him. Always late. Never friendly. He is not a nice person. A nurse on his staff, J. J. Edens, was rude, disrespectful, and dumb! I finally figured him out. It was all about the money.
