I have been a patient of Dr Prokopiak since she opened her family practice. I have Always found her to be attentive compassionate and knowledgeable. She is extremely proactive in addressing all my medical needs. She directs me in the right direction with outside resources and how to access them through detailed information. The staff are all warm and friendly except for one who has been there before Dr Prokopiak opened her practice in Stittsville. That one staff member is very rude and obnoxious.

I have been a patient of Dr Prokopiak’s since 2001. I have always found her to be very caring and compassionate. She always has been extremely professional and listens attentively and asked detailed questions. She has always been very proactive in treating any issues I have had.
The majority of the staff are very warm and friendly except for one receptionist.

Can never book an appointment and always end up going to a walk in instead. Very rude and unfriendly personality during in person visits. Does not seem to care and I rarely walk away with a solution or next step

I've been seeing Dr. Prokopiak since 1997 and never had issues. She is thorough with her examination and never sends you home without a full investigation of your status.

She is awesome. She may appear cold/distant at first but trust me once you build a relationship with her she is very warm, funny, caring and attentive. Totally trust her and actually enjoy going to the doctor's office. My whole family now sees her.

WHEN AN MD SEES YOU ONE WEEK AND THEN TWO WEEKS LATER TRIES TO INTRODUCE HERSELF(AT AN APPT. RECOMMENDED BY THE MD.) AND ASKS WHY YOU ARE HERE, THERE IS A PROBLEM.WHEN A PATIENT COMES FOR HELP AND IS ASKED IF HE THINKS HE SHOULD HAVE A CHEST XRAY,INSTEAD OF THE MD SCHEDULING A CHEST XRAY, THERE IS A PROBLEM. THIS PATIENT(MY HUSBAND) WAS SENT HOME WITH ANTIBIOTICS, TWO INHALERS AND SOME KIND OF PILL FOR MUSCLE SPASMS BUT NO TESTS TO SEE IF HE HAD LUNG OR CHEST PROBLEMS.TWO WEEKS LATER HIS MEDICATION IS GONE AND THE CONGESTION, COUGH AND SPASMS ARE STILL THERE.REALLY???
