I must say he is one of the worst doctors I’ve ever seen… literally. His bedside manners are as if he is on the side of the road deciding to “play” doctor. I saw him and he was RUDE AS HELL. He has NO COMPASSION OR EMPATHY FOR HIS PATIENTS WHATSOEVER. I am not sure how he became the head of the neurology dept. I decided to switch doctors and the other neurologist decided that after seeing me that she would admit me and run some test. Well the “evil doctor” made rounds with some students and said “ see this is what complainers and patients look like who don’t follow up for appointments so why even try and treat them” “let me make a note to discharge her ASAP today” and he did. My admitting doctor came in and apologized for him but because he was her boss her hands were tied. Not to mention he was very rough while doing and exam checking my reflexes and throwing me around like a rag doll. You know it’s bad when his students are looking like does that hurt/ can you feel that? One of the students actually came back and apologized and asked was I okay, that he couldn’t believe that the doctor was that rough and rude with patients. …..So to sum up my experience this is the “Donkey”of medicine in my humble opinion….. avoid him if you can ……. You have been warned from everyone on here.

Second worst doctor I've ever been to. Told me my illness is in my head. Seems as though he does that often.

Has the personality and bed side manner of a serial killer. It's sad when one of your claimed areas of expertise is Multiple Sclerosis yet when your patient displays the symptoms you just touch their foot a little bit and tell them basically your faking and you need to accept that there's nothing wrong with you and tell you there's no need for a follow up or diagnostic imaging. If it hadn't been for our primary doctor ordering an MRI the MS would not have been officially diagnosed by a different competent Neurologist.

He was one of the worst experiences I have had with a physician (and I have seen many, having a neuromuscular disease and all.) He was intelligent, but it didn't make up for how extremely cold and rude he was. When I mentioned something about wanting to get a little better so I could go back to school, He told me, direct quote, "It's a progressive disease. Don't get your hopes up. I had one patient with your disease die two weeks ago and another in the hospital who is probably about to go too." He said it so nonchalantly too. Then when I tried to all more questions, he got irritated and said, "I got to go. I have other patients to see." And walked out. I left in tears. I dealt with pretty bad depression for several months because of the things he said to me. Then I got a better doctor. It's been a year and I'm doing a lot better and back in school.
