Stay away, he referred me to an oral surgeon who wound up not to be an oral surgeon who was now part of his team of the dentist practice. He bought him Broca period I wound up in the emergency room I love messages for Jordan. The last 2 weeks he has not picked up the phone. Does Doctor Keene cause so much damage to my mouth that I now have to lose another tooth. And all the bone is destroyed that I can't even get another tooth put in. Going to need major surgery. BEWARE -do not use this dentist! HE is a BUTCHER! “HE” suggested i get a crown -my tooth NEVER hurt me for over 40 years-AFTER JORDON TOMALTY drilled the tooth, too deep, now i have CONSTANT PAIN and need ROOT CANAL! stay away from this dentist please !

Dr Jordan Tomalty does NOT follow his posted mission statement. Upon entering his office I attempted to describe my husband’s difficulty with his upper plate. He had surgery at the Tomalty office in Delray Beach. This was a referral from the VA. The West Boynton Office was to follow up with an temporary upper plate until a permanent plate could be established with implants. The temporary plate impression had to be done and redone numerous times. Ultimately, the upper plate never fit correctly. He was not able to use this plate because it never fit correctly. This resulted in weight loss and intermittent bleeding. I am my husband’s care taker as he has numerous issues. As I tried to describe his experiences and difficulties I was constantly interrupted. Ultimately, this rude , unprofessional dentist did not want to hear how this poorly fitted plate affected my husband’s overall health. He never allowed me to finish a sentence. It was as though he was could not be challenged in any way. He proved himself to be rude, as I was constantly interrupted, unprofessional and arrogant. He was abusive . He appears to have an over estimate of himself and is offended when challenged. As I was leaving I indicated the VA would hear about his behavior. He hollered “he did not care”. Do you want a partnership with someone who appears to be misogynistic and has to holler about not caring about his patient and their difficulties. DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST!!!!!!!!!

Dr Jorden Tomalty tried to fix a front tooth veneer . That was at 3:30 in the afternoon. At 7:00 that night it fell out of my mouth. It was thrown away by accident, so the lab had to make another one. That took 24 days .The office manager gave me differing stories about where it was and when it was ready. I told her I would be getting a second opinion because they were charging me $1800 for a failed procedure. I found a dentist who permanently repaired my tooth for $360. I called 3 dental offices to find out if Dr. Tomalty's charges were excessive not giving any names. They agreed they were. I offered to pay for doctor's time and 1 lab expense. They said I still owed $1500 . I presently have a claim against them with Synchrony Bank. Stay away.

Dr. Jordan Tomalty has been treating me and my family for many years. I travel all the way from Ft. Lauderdale just to see him and his amazing staff. His hygienist and staff are well worth the drive! He has taken care of many problems for me over the past few years so easily. He is an EXCELLENT dentist and I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone, including my own family.

I have been going to Dr. Jordan Tomalty for many years. He is so nice and pleasant to work with. A few years ago I had a tooth that needed to be extracted and Dr. Jordan extracted it and had an implant placed. The entire process was so easy and simple and his staff made me feel so comfortable. I will never go anywhere else, because I trust this dentist implicitly. The crown was fitted a few months later and it feels and looks just like a natural tooth! I highly recommend this dentist to anyone who is looking for quality care and top-notch expertise in the Boynton Beach area.

I got an abscess from Jordan Tomalty's work. My crown did not fit and he dismissed me from his office without any sympathizes or willingness to fit my crown properly. Tomalty drilled 2 of my existing crowns to try to fit his crown that fit too long. I mentioned that he needed to remove some porcelain from the top of the crown. Jordan Tomalty stated, Oh, are you a dentist!!! He said we are finished and dismissed me from the office. Jordan is an incompetent dentist and not an ethical person. I have had to go to different dentists and they could not get the crown to fit well. Now, a couple of years later the crown is loss and will need to have the crown replaced. A different dentist asked for my dental records and the Tomalty office would not give them to me or send them to a dentist. Refusal to send dental records is UNLAWFUL, inconsiderate, and rude. Plus I must replace the crowns he ruined. I would run from Jordan Tomalty and The Tomalty Group.

I have not had the best experiences before at the dentist. Went to the Tomalty Dental location and was the best experience ever at dentist. Would recommend to anyone and will be bringing my kids back as well. Treated me very well.
