I am very pleased! I just received a call back and an emergency prescription is being called in for me. Everything has been worked out.

The Doctor forgot to send my prescriptions for hormones to my home delivery pharmacy. I did not know until 2 weeks later when the pharmacy home delivery emailed that my scripts were expired. I am out of medication now. I left a voice mail on Sunday to call me Monday as they could fax scripts to local Pharmacy. After multiple calls from me on Monday, someone finally called (could hardly hear her) and she said someone would get back with me soon. NO ONE HAS!!!! I have been going there for 10 years and they cannot call in my prescription. What a poorly run office!!

Watch out! It's all about money, the dr. & her staff specially the PA ended up being super rude, inhumane and unprofessional. After 15 years of being patients my mom and me!. I ended up in the hospital with an emergency for 3 days withe code sepsis, on my release they told me it was urgent to go to my obgyn because of a cyst they were not sure if it was related, I called to make an appointment and they acted weird not wanting to give me the appointment or even talk to me, even being an emergency. I asked what was wrong. They said they couldn't tell me on the phone, I would get something on the mail. Without the courtesy after 15 yrs if being a patient and spending money there to let me know they were cutting me and my mom off the dr. Decided not to see us any more without a problem or nothing. I beg them to see me while I found another obgyn since it was an emergency and I was admitted in the hospital and they still didn't care , they would hang up the phone, not call back and the staff was super rude to both mom an me. My mom tried to call too wirried about me and she couldn't understand why we were being treated so awful from one day to another and like I said without even an issue with the doctor or staff. Super inhumane I wouldn't reccomend them at all. Dont waste your time and money with a doctor that obviously doesn't care, even about her long term patients (15 years) enough to help in an emergency and can drop you at any given time without a reason or even an explanation.
Find someone caring that will be a support and a team after 15 years of being a loyal patient and care for you! Thank god now I found dr. Miguelez, gives me all the time I need, someone proffesional and knowledgeable, that cares and its 5 min away from my house. I use to drive 40 min to see "doctor" bourget and that was not even appreciated at the end. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

Doctor always late by one hour. Not worth waiting for. I left last week after her rude assistant in the back was really rude. She the doc seems very uninterested. Pap Smear hurt. This should not hurt. The office people are rude. Do not bother to waste your time for this doc.

If I could rate her less than a 1 star I would. First of all ask her about her practicing in CT. She delivered my 1st son and it was the worst and most horrific experience I have ever had in my life. 14 yrs later I am still disabled. My son has permanent scars on his ear from the delivery. 6 weeks later she was no longer with the practice or even in the state of CT. Think really hard about seeing her or having her deliver your baby.

Do not waste your time, money and health, its all about money. You have to wait a long time to see the doctor. They make you sit and wait at every office room, then the doc comes and spends no more than 10' with you. Doctor is always running late. Staff is unfriendly. I was given expired medical samples, i was misdiagnosed by the doctor. Awful experience! I strongly DO NOT recommend her.

Nice doctor but shady billing. They kept billing me for things I was covered for but they refused to submit the proper paperwork and instead choose to harass me for the money owed to then by my healthcare provider. I got numerous reference numbers and letters from my healthcare provider that stated that I was fully covered and all they needed to do was to submit proper paperwork. Instead they kept billing me and Dan from billing department even threatened not to accept me for my next appointment unless I paid, and i was in my last trimester. It caused too much stress and because of their shady billing I cannot recommend them
