His office staff, particularly the person that answers incoming calls and "greets" office patients, is very rude. After accepting a call, one is immediately put on hold without an explanation. On numerous ocassions, she said she wouldn't leave her chair to locate/provide patient information, ask others for assistance, take a message or even return a call. This is extremely frustrating for family that are trying their best to take care of their elderly parents. Request to send/request information to their fax is denied. Why? Authorized family members are denied medical information. Unfortunately, this reflects on Dr. Feinbeiner. Medical appointments are stressful for patient and family. One's first impression, by telephone or in person, should not be an interaction with an abrasive, rude and sarcastic person. Hopefully, Dr. Finkbeiner will be informed and rectify this situation. As for us, and others, we have to locate another physician.
