Assigned by default years ago when my Doctor left her practice. Horrible experience, I was fortunate to find another Doctor to take me as a patient. Tried to get my file transferred to new Doctors office but wasn’t able to. Her staff kept saying she had to approve transfer and then after months of me trying they told me they no longer had my file.

Phenomenal doctor!! So thorough and knowledgeable, and very kind. Lovely experience every time I go in to see her or have a telephone appointment. 10/10 always!! Thank you for always making time to dig deeper and give real answers to questions.

I left her practice due to incompetence and lack of caring. She should just retire, she is not fit to be a doctor. It's quite scary! I dont even want to give her a star!

She is unprofessional, a moron, and doesn't care what you have to say.
She diagnosed me with one version of a mental illness, but I told her I thought it was more complicated than that. She didn't listen to me about it, talked over me, and wouldn't let me get a word in during the visit. I went through the public health service to see a psychiatrist and he diagnosed me with what I told her it could be.
She talks about only one issue per visit, which are 10 minutes. If you want to talk about two issues you have to book two appointments, and you can't book them one after another (I tried). Since her visits always go over 10 minutes, by late morning her patients have to wait about 2 hours for their appointment.
Another time she referred me to a specialist in a completely wrong field for my issue, so I had to wait another couple months to see the correct type of specialist.

I had this doctor for several years. Had no clue what she is doing. Late for appointments one time never showed. Misdiagnosed my shoulder and now have permanent damage. I fired her, then she called to apologize. To late! I should have sued! How do you put in a complaint for malpractice?

My family and I all see Dr. Marshall and we share despair when ever one of us needs to go see her. She is consistent in her lack of interest in helping her patients, her inability to remember anything, and her patronizing tone. The specific details of many unbelievable visits that we have collectively accumulated could fill a book and I agree with the other poster who thinks the good feedback that is on her must be fake. I don't agree that one should have to be stuck with the same doctor simply because they have one. I'd rather be without and go to a clinic.
