Dr Charest is an excellent doctor. She takes time to listen and I never feel rushed when I see her. She takes the time to explain everything and she is very compassionate . I am very lucky to have her and her secretary had been very helpful and respectful towards me .

Hard to reach over the phone. Had to go directly to the office to get help. No help at all. Does not have another doctor to cover for her when she is on an extended leave.

Receptionist never answers the phone. Had to come in person to make an appointment multiple times in the past 3 months. She said she gets 200 calls per day, yet not once did she answer a single call whenever I’m waiting in the sitting area. Terrible customer service.

On the recording machine, it states to call specific times to speak to someone and we do but they never answer their phone!! I have been trying for a few weeks to have someone on the phone with no luck; which is UNACCEPTABLE and NOT LOYAL to patients!!

Can never get through to make an appt. what’s the point in having a family doctors!! Always have c to resort to a clinic! This is unacceptable…changes need to be put in place do you can tend to your appointments!!!

Doctor Melanie Charest is great. The medical receptionist is the rudest person I ever met. Attitude problem . Wish there was someone else there I cringe calling just to hear her voice
