I went to Dr Fletcher and Dr Hinkes for back pain. I was scheduled to see Dr Fletcher but they made me see the Dr Hinkes who is a very bad doctor. Dr Hinkes started to laugh at me when I talks about my pain. He made me cry.

My primary care doctor sent me to see Dr Fletcher and Hinkes. After waiting for 2 hours in a dirty waiting room I gets to see doctor Hinkes. Doctor Hines laughs at me when I tells him that I have real bad pain. What a nasty guy! I ain't never going there again.

I set an appointment to see this guy and I get to the office and they make me see the other Doctor, Dr Hinkes. I should have walked out then. Dr Hinkes laughed at me when I told him I was having bad pain. Dr Hinkes told me that I had a herniated disc. I asked Dr Hinkes what level was the disc herniation and he screamed at me " What difference does it make". Well Dr Hinkes it is my back and it makes a difference to me. Avoid this office

My primary care doctor sent me to see Doctors Bruce Fletcher and Elliott Hinkes MD. After waiting 2 hours in a dirty waiting room I finally got to see Doctor Elliott Hinkes. Doctor Hinkes did not say hello to me and was mean. I asked Doctor Elliott Hinkes which one of the discs in my back was herniated and Doctor Hinkes exploded and said "What difference does that make?" This office should be avoided at all costs. zero stars.

Unless you desire pain for 3 days before you get a call back from the doctor or staff you may want to choose a different orthopedic surgeon.
