I scheduled an appointment with doctor philips & was called half way through the scheduled time & it ended right away. I called back and got the secretary who was quite rude and was saying “oh so you missed your appointment?” repeatedly & with a snarky tone while I was trying to talk. She then told me id have to reschedule and by that point my experience with her just made me want to go elsewhere. I can’t believe this is the approach someone has towards mental health patients.

Worst service from a doctor ever was with him my whole life retired and never sent any mail or phone call to say had to come see new doctor taking over the practise now am not a patient anymore very un professional and clearly doesn’t care about patients that have been. Called to set up appointment and basically said I’m not with them anymore and nothing they can do. Do not recommend any person working or doctor at this practise

Dr.Phillips has been my doctor for maybe 2 years. Very dismissive, laughed at my issues, super invalidating, and clearly doesn’t know much about what he’s supposed to as a psychiatrist. I will be looking for a new doctor. I do NOT recommend.

Tried to book and appointment and had to call his office many times before anyone answered. Was given a very long wait time before I could be seen. Do not recommend.

He has been my doctor literally since I was born and I am now 32. I have never had a problem. He is compassionate and can sympathize with major issues. Very kind person who remembers small details

I saw somebody gave Dr Phillips 2 stars for punctuality. He was our family doctor for almost 30 years and I never waited more than 5 minutes past my scheduled appointment time to see him so that tells me all I need to know about that reviewer. Dr Phillips was a caring, professional, kind doctor. Although not completely retired he has moved on to a new area of practice. My entire family is grateful for his many years of dedicated service.

I dont think hes retiring....hes takin on a new venture as a house Dr of a Nursing home . We loved him ...fabulous care for over 15 years....when he has the house clinic on Church street. Sad to see him go.

Doctor Phillips was our family GP for over thirty years, i always found him to be someone that you could talk with, and he helped myself and my wife and my children before they flew the coop, many times, i wish him a great retirement, it is well deserved but he will be missed

As we are losing this WONDERFUL G.P. to retirement, make no qualms , he has been a fabulous physician for myself and my families for about thirty years.
He has referred on as necessary, discusses concerns honestly and provides options etc.
I certainly hope he enjoys his retirement to its fullest. He will be sorely missed.
