I saw Dr. Cox for dysautonomia. She is very unknowledgeable about these horrifically autonomic dysfunction disorders. I knew within 6 months she couldn't help me not to mention no proper testing (you have to get full autonomic testing at a specialty center). Her staff especially her nurse are extremely rude. My condition worsened and worsened and I tried to be referred to another physician in the practice but was denied this basic patient right and told I wasn't allowed even though she'd done nothing to help. Fast forward after cancer treatment I started having major syncope and seizures, myoclonic movements, she proceeds to get a specialty medication approved for me that only made thing worse because it cause extreme vasoconstriction. I get a call from her nurse 30 minutes after a seizure and was not in a right state of mind but the nurse was unbelievably condescending and kept saying "awwwwwww", "well awwww" and then "we worked really hard to get that medication approved for you" and I'm like, "it doesn't work, it's increasing seizures, I'm in bed all day", "well awwwwwww". A few days later I decided to check my online portal and someone from her office was inputting stuff into my chart at that point I clicked on conditions and SOMEONE put severe alcoholism into my chart and other things then I was removed as a patient. This is so offensive b/c my uncle was killed by a drunk driver, I never drink, I've never been drunk in my entire life! Disgusting practice that offers no help to severely afflicted.
