Left his office crying, not feeling like he heard or cared (as a physician) to find out what could be wrong with me. He went as far as to tell me that perhaps I was depressed and when I responded with "I cannot believe you just went there!", he replied that perhaps I would be happier going elsewhere. This year (2020) I had cancer, then surgery; two months after bacterial meningitis landing me in the hospital for a week... I do not know if my ailments are related, I am not a doctor, hence my going to see one. It appears that he has lost touch with the human side of him, or perhaps never had it (being I was a new patient) and just realized it. So tired of the subpar treatment of patients nowadays. Having to pay 25% of my income towards insurance and having to pay $10K before they pay a dime, the treatment we get should be far better. With this review, I only hope to influence one (1) person to not experience his disregard to his medical oath!

Dr. Kevin Jones takes time to get to know his patients. He listens and discusses options about medications. I've been very impressed with him. And I'm most impressed with the fact I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes to see him. My time is valuable and this means a lot to me. I've recommended him to a number of friends. The only caveat, I believe in natural and holistic methods of treatment, when it can be an option. He's not that open to these types of methods. Processes in the office are streamlined so there is little waiting for anything. Labs are done at the medical center in which he practices.
