The only good thing about my visit was that the office staff was polite, which is sometimes hard to find in the medical industry. Everything was downhill from there. I waited about 45 minutes even though I was the only one in the waiting room, and the actual office itself was pretty gross and unsanitary. When I used the bathroom there was a urine cup on the back of the toilet filled with - you guessed it! - urine. It's not a high-tech office but that's just gross. The doctor himself seemed pretty apathetic to it all, not very concerned, and consistently talked over me and cut me off (and I'm not even a talker!). There are also about 20 signs plastered throughout the office that he doesn't prescribe pain medications and gives you the number for a rehab center instead. That's not what I was there for but the signs made me uncomfortable anyway since they seemed so unwelcoming. What if someone really was in pain? It just seemed strange. I would not recommend.

Knowledgeable physician and staff. Better than average wait time. This was a new patient appointment and in all fairness, a physician must try and get a lot of information in just a little time. Doctor appeared rushed and was not much of a listener which I feel is an important quality in a primary care physician as they need a picture of the 'whole' person. I will see him another time or two to determine whether or not his listening skills are not normally impaired.
