Office staff makes multiple appointments for the same slot in the morning (this is one doctor practice). If you are foolish enough to choose this doctor make sure you ask for the after 2pm slots or you will spend hours in the dirty waiting area.
They make you take bitewing four radiographic images just because you are a new patient (they are not needed at all this is their way to make more money). The whole time practice will try to upsell you on all sort of services and even refuse to do a service that is normally covered by insurance. Every patient will get a story with scary magazine images and other silly pressure selling techniques (even mention of heart failure ;)) Doctor is trying to convince everyone that they must get a lot of very expensive orthodontic work done immediately. Get a second opinion and if you do decide to get orthodontic work done go to somebody who is accredited and Dr. Baez is not.

This dentist is a crook and will bullcrap you to thinking he will do the work. Once you pay he refuses to do anything. His staff is just as much as a crook pretending to not speak English .

I've been coming here for about a year now and I so so so regret it. I'm locked in because my son has braces and I will be charged for them anyway. I am so unhappy with this office it's not even funny. Always waiting for an hour or more. Always crowded. Overbooked. Dr. Baez can be friendly sometimes but sometimes he doesn't even speak and the same for the staff. It's horrible.

Horrible!!! Place is dirty, no air conditioning, 2 fans running around the office. The paperwork to fill is old school. While standing at the reception desk, the staff takes a picture of you without asking or letting you know and keep it on their files. Without you even know it, they call you to a spot at their reception desk and click, picture taken without your consent. I suggest and recommend anyone to avoid this office, very poor customer service, they want you to provide them all your life info and very detailed and personal info and the staff it's so disorganized.
