I called this morning opening there was an appointment available today so I would have to drive 26 miles back up to the clinic that saw me last week. At first I was told yes. Then I was put on hold. Then I was told the doctor would not see me in spite of having symptom for 12 days. It is sad when your family doctor does it. This is the last straw concerning Dr. Ragno. No yearly exam scheduled after my last visit. And stuff no even discussed was put into my file.

Dr. Ragno is one of the most professional and caring doctors th I have ever met. Dr Ragno and his entire Longwood staff such as Michelle,Judy,David and Alyssa always provide me with THE VERY BEST Healthcare. I am so blessed to have Dr.Ragno as my primary doctor.

Dr Ragno and his assistant nurses are great. Always have been... The front desk staff needs better customer service skills. She was very rude. Said my insurance is a deductible insurance and not a copay insurance. Even though the card says $20 office visit right on it. Said she even verified it. Hum, called BCBS when I got home and they said that was incorrect. Their office should have charged me $20. Guess its easier to argue with a guy with strep throat than to make a phone call. They did this last year too. When I'm able to talk better Ill give BCBS a call and file an official complaint. It's a shame because the drs care is actually really great

My whole family has been going to Dr Ragno for over 10 years, he is very compassionate and caring. Very knowledgeable.
