Unorganized office staff & physician, couldn't find new patient info doc, that was completed a month prior. Dr Joseph recorded her assessment/ our conversation on copier paper, no chart, notebook, or computer. Distributed prescriptions without verifying with previous records or physician. Older woman. Looked like she just rolled out of bed. Unkempt and disheveled appearance.

Office staff is extremely rude. Try to collect co-pays on wellness visits that are fully covered, hoping patients don't know their coverages! When asked for additional assistance, I was told I could cancel my appointment and leave!

Dr. Did not want want to help, told me to go on an all veggie diet and not ever eat bread, pasta, or potatoes again. When i talked about allergies to foods she said an allergy Dr could not help with this.
