This Doctor almost killed me with a misdiagnosis 6 years ago. Depending on how he woke up that day is going to determine the kind of service you will receive. Furthermore, if you go too often he is very rude despite the obvious fact I don't choose to be sick and the last place in the world I want to spend my time is in a doctors office. I had no choice other then to leave, but only after years of swallowing my pride so I can have the privilege of obtaining medical treatment.

I've been seeing Dr. Hung for about 15 years now. He has always listened and never interrupted, and always gave his perspective on my concerns. He's knowledgeable and prescribes the correct medicine for your symptoms/issues. The only problem I have with this office is the receptionist.. she's utterly rude when it comes to greeting. Today was a little packed with people, I can understand that she's a little ovetwhelmed. Someone below me commented that shes european or italian, and yes they can raise their voice because thats just how they speak most of the time. Besides that - from previous experiences she definitely needs to maintain professionalism if she wants to hold down her position as a receptionist at a Doctors office. GOD knows if this facility shuts down there is no way she's able to become another receptionist for another doctors office lol.

I have been seeing Dr. Hung for almost 20 years and believe he is a good doctor. Please keep in mind that he is a family physician, so this is his area of expertise. If he doesn't know something, he will refer you to a specialist, or to get your bloodtests done so he can have more information. He is honest and runs his practice in an honest way. He is kind and gentle and hard-working. He does like to get through patients quickly. Having said that, he is not a counsellor or a therapist, so if you want to talk about your problems in detail, then see a mental health professional. He will always answer all your questions so even though he does his check-up quickly, he will always accept questions and never push you out the door. If you feel he is brushing off your concerns, be adamant and ask for possible solutions. Again, even though he has his own mentality and way of approaching health, he is open-minded and considerate of other opinions and suggestions.
I'm also reading a lot of negative reviews about the receptionist. The lady is wonderful, guys. She's very, very Italian, so if her tone of voice is loud or may sound like she is annoyed, that is just the way many Italians and Europeans talk. She is animated, raw, up-front and in your face. That's her personality. Despite this, she always gets the job done and does care for the patients. Because it's just her and Dr. Hung's wife who do all the admin, she DOES get very busy! So she will always get to the point on the phone with you and does not have time to diddle-daddle. That being said, if you come into the office and she has a moment to relax, she is very friendly and very open to having a nice chat. If you think she is rude, talk to her about her family or the community when you see her in person, and you will see that the was she talks is just how her personality is.

Dr. Hung diagnosed me with a neurological disease after having visited a couple of walk-in clinics and having gone into emergency twice.

For those who are not pleased with his receptionist, realize that you are treated the way you treat others. I have never had an issue with her. She is pleasant with me on the phone as well as when I attend in person. Dr. Hung's wife also sits at the reception desk from time to time.

There are times when I call and it is busy. Like many doctor's offices, they are busy. So, I call back again and again until I am able to speak to the receptionist. At that point I am pleasant to her and find that she is in turn pleasant with me.

The fact that Dr. Hung was able to associate my symptoms with a neurological disease that 4 other doctors were not able to, even after getting a CAT scan, I see him vastly different than those who rate him or his office staff poorly.

I've come to recognize that there is a reason that good doctors have busy offices. That is how I see Dr. Hung.

Absolutely very bad receptionists. I called her to set up an appointment, she said she is busy and will call me back. I waited for more than an hour. She didn't call me back. I called again after an hour. She put me on hold for 15 minutes. She hunged up the phone without talking to me. I called again. She yelled at melike just because I told her I was on hold for more than 15 mins. This lady is very rude and do not deserve this position. Dear Dr. Fredrico, please get rid of this Lady. Thanks

If you are searching for a doctor that doesn't listen to your concerns and raises their voice at their patients, then this doctor is for you. Frederico Hung shows little professionalism and consistently displays poor listening skills. And since he's the doctor, he knows everything and doesn't feel the need to hear his patients out. He frequently interrupts in the middle of my sentence and I find this behaviour extremely rude, immature and unprofessional.

I was diagnosed with gout in July 2014 and what he failed to mention to me was that I am not to take my pills during an attack. I had to find out from another doctor at a walk-in clinic and a pharmacist at my neighbourhood Rexall that I am to avoid taking those pills during an attack as it makes it worse. I have un-necessarily missed more time off work than I needed to because he failed to educate me on how my medicine should be taken.

This doctor - not sure if I can still call him that after the way I was treated today - is not worth your time and energy. Granted, I have not shared everything that took place today as this is between him and I and I am considering lodging a complaint with the College of Physicians & Surgeons, but trust me when I say he is all about what's most convenient for him and he truly does not care about his patients. Today, I saw his true colours and can clearly see that he is not the right person to care for me, my wife and our soon to be born child.

He is punctual for appointments which can explain why he can rush patients at times. Would not recommend as a paediatrician.

The receptionist lady is quite rude. I did some exams and called the office to see if the result has come in. The receptionist lady told me I have to come IN PERSON just to check if the result has arrived, because she is busy and does not check it by phone. I went to the office right away and found there were no other patients at all and she just sat there having nothing to do.
