Biography
Craig D. Fishman, M.D., received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University. After earning his medical degree at New York University, Dr. Fishman completed his ophthalmology residency at Emory University, where he was chief resident. The board-certified doctor is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons. Dr. Fishman performs cataract and glaucoma surgeries, laser treatment, and eyelid plastic surgery. Patients appreciate his support and compassion, which stems from a family history. The ophthalmologist confides: “My grandfather went blind from glaucoma and my grandmother had macular degeneration.”

I trust all the Dr's at Total Eye care wih my sight. I've never seen a group of Dr's, technicans and staff work so well as a team. Dr. Fishman has been taking care of a rare autoimmune desease I have for over 15 years. Sometimes my ocular presure will spike. Drs. Fishman and Sheridan have both opened the office on a weekend to get my problem under control. There is no turn over with the staff. The same people caring for my vision today were there 15 years ago. They love thier jobs and it shows.
