It is not uncommon to hurt more the first 4 sessions. Idd is a process and takes a minimum of 20 sessions. Do you guys think after back surgery you are not hurting? I take Idd over any other treatment, even over epidurals. Check out www.doctorforbacks.com Web page and look at the mri s before and after. And at the Neurosurgeon video

Seemed knowledgeable in field, thorough evaluation. IDD therapy advised. Question training of girls managing the IDD therapy, particularly setting up for same, application of harnesses used. One girl in particular caused severe pain during the therapy. In one instance, she kept insisting belts were OK, the other girl came in, took everything off and started over. Kept increasing weight way beyond manufacturers recommendations. Dr does not like to answer questions. Was to order med, never did. When I decided to cancel treatment, called, spoke with one of the girls who's reply was OK, Bye. No one ever called to find out why I cancelled. Dr apparently does not care and I can't get through to him to explain why. I believe the lack of training by these girls is going to harm a patient and he does not even know, or care, what's going on. Had recommended him to several people, have now rescinded those recommendations.

I did IDD therapy just one session it made my back worst it reverted back to having symptoms of disc herniation. Have a gripping effect on the hip that doesn't let go of me. I couldn't get to sleep only slept 5 hours. I have a hard time going potty. This IDD therapy was done on 06/20/2010 I believe that when the therapy was done after 30 min being on the IDD machine and then told to do some exerices before getting off the machine was what made it worst. At night was a horrible pressure down and around my buttocks area and my hip can't sleep, feel restless. When I called and spoke to a member of his staff and told her that my feet were ice cold and that I had taken two soaking hot baths with epsom salt and iced throughout the night that didn't help me any. What she said to me was none of our patients have never experienced anything of what you are describing. I then told her I am not comming back, sorry to hear that is what she replied to me. This doctor never called me,

This neurologist seemed to know what he was doing on the 1st visit. On the 2nd visit after having $1440 worth of testing done in his office. He told me that diabetes was causing some polyneuropathy. The only thing this Dr. was interested in doing, was to get me started on his IDD therapy machine. After a visit to my primary care Dr. I found out, I am pre-diabetic and the polyneuropathy is more than likely caused by the pinched nerve and arthritis in my back. Dr. Valencia might tell you what you have, but he doesn't necessarily know what caused it, or how to treat it.
