I have tried for 2 years to be happy with this medical facility, however, I will be looking for a new doctor. I have waited up to an hour to see the doctor only to have her spend more time typing my info into her computer than visiting with me. Orders way too many blood tests. I am healthy; can't imagine if I was sick! Office has made errors with my bills, although the best fix for that is conference call between me, insurance company and medical billing. Beautiful facility but sorry I can't stay!

If you want a Jiffy-Lube type doctors office that will run you in and out in a jiffy, this is the place. If you want a doctor that is willing to speak with you outside of an appointment, this is not the place. For years I have been dealing with a shortness of breath problem that has required me to be hospitalized on a couple of occaisions, this was thought to be brought on by the high blood pressure I've had. Unfortunately for me the focus has never been on what is truly causing the high blood pressure, just medication to keep it down. I am now to the point that walking from room to room is an outright pain. In the last two weeks I have had at least 12 or so different vials full of blood for testing. Yet no one wanted to explain to me what all of them were for. Today I was asked to take more tests, this one I was told was because my lymph count is low. When picking up the script for the next test I asked if I could speak with the doctor for a moment, I was told to wait for hours

Dr. Nancy Jaime-Williams in Lutz is a very pleasant physician. I am happy to have found her as she addresses my concerns with respect. I always feel as if she spends an ample amount of time with me during my visits which makes up for the wait times in her office. I have never felt rushed out during a visit or as if she was not focused on me and my concerns. Another thing I like is that she also provides pap smears so that I do not have to go to two different doctors for my annual exams. My only two complaints are that it is difficult to get an appointment on the same day unless there is a cancellation. The other thing I'm not fond of is if she orders tests she does not personally call you back with the results, rather someone in her office calls. I find this annoying at times because if you have additional questions the office person has to put you on hold or call back so she can get an answer from the doctor. Overall, I am happy with the quality of service I receive & would recommend.
