His staff are friendly; I don't wait longer than a few minutes after my appointment time and when I leave, all my questions have been answered by Dr Hughes. I feel very confident in his abilities and that includes his understanding of not only my questions, but my reasons for asking those questions. He is responsive to my fears and needs. His staff takes my calls and acts quickly in their response to my reasons and need for calling. While his staff does not make me feel like we are old friends, I do not feel like just another chart number either. My confidence in Dr. Hughes and his staff cures most of what ails me.

Dr. Hughes is an awesome doctor. He knows my family medical history better than I do, since he diagnosed most of it! (He was the doctor for my parents and grandparents, and now treats my child.) Even when my parents were uninsured and unable to pay for major surgeries, Dr. Hughes pulled strings to get these life-extending treatments for my family. Knowledgeable, helpful, sincere, and skilled. I never had to visit more than once for an issue.
