Dr. Gonzalez is great. Best Dr. in Brooksville. His office staff could be improved.

Ive been going to Dr. Gonzalez for years. Over the past 2 or so a new staff has moved into the office. Heather moved to to office manager. Since then the staff in the front office has been rude and couldn't care less about the patient or their condtion. No matter what your condtion they are not helpful for getting appointments or anything for that matter. Once you get in weeks later Dennis says why didn't you get in sooner then you have to explain that his staff felt it wasn't important and wouldn't schedule it sooner. He will then point blank tell his staff right in front of the patient that they should have let him know but nothing seems to change. I love Gonzalez but this was the last time I will be going to him. I also asked for the office manager "Heather" and always get told "shes out to lunch" no matter what time of day. Its a shame because hes one of the best DR.s around and I trust him and I've been going to him for such a long time. Time to find someone else.

my wife just started to see this doctor as her former doctor seemed unable to treat her. What great staff and doctor, very friendly and the doctor is the type that is reassuring, positive and treats the living as if there is no expiration date on their life. He treats the patient instead of referring them out to someone else. We no longer need to go to two of her other doctors for treatment. He takes time to listen and is confident with his ability's..speaks several languages and also does adjustments as a chiropractor..one stop doc like the ole days. The staff seems happy which always tells me the doc treats them with as much respect and dignity as he treats his patients. My wife loves this doctor after using one at Brooksville regional for the past 5 years. We had forgotten what good treatment was..Thanks doc for saving my wife and being so concerned, she no longer is stressed about seeing her doc..

Fantastic doctor. Caring, excellent knowledge re medications, listens thoroughly and never rushes you....we in Brooksville are truly blessed to have Dr. Gonzalez in our community.

Nothing but good to say about Dr. Gonzalez and staff. Very caring and concerned for patients well-being. Sometimes we've had to wait a bit longer than we'd like. However, I don't doubt that it's due to the fact that he's taking as much time as necessary for his other patients just as he has always for us. Couldn't be more pleased with him as our family dr.

If a problem is outside of his area of expertise he does not have a problem calling in specialists. Very caring doctor.
