Why does no one ever answer the phone when a patient calls!

Everytime I call I never get a receptionist always the voice mail, when I leave a voicemail no one ever calls me back, I thought this was a doctor's office where they help patients. Whenever I do get a chance to make an appointment I have to wait one to two hours before I can be seen, and when I am seen it's never with the doctor. I will be finding someone new and so will all my family members.

Worst doctor I have ever seen. Wait time is over an hour at best with an appointment, if you don't have one I suggest going to the ER you will be seen much faster. I always bring a newspaper and plenty of reading material, because I'll always have a long waiting time just to see a poorly qualified and wet behind the ears PA. I have been a patient for over 2 years and I have only seen Dr. Beltre once, and when I did he didn't respond to any of my questions as if I was not even there. Sad state of affairs with this office, because it gives the medical profession *if you can call it that, a terrible name . I got better medical care in a 3rd world country, and at least in a 3rd world country they spoke clear and understandable English. Pass on this office.

I had asked to see doctor and coulf only see the nurse practitioner she is nothing short of a bi*ch i would never go there again she insists that she knows everything but doesnt have a clue. They ordered a bunch of tests and all were irrelavent for what i went for. She should not even be a doctor. Refused to prescibe me anything till she got my records but ordered me to stop taking other medicatons i had already been taking.

Was very sick with a high fever and all the symptoms of flu going into bronchitis/pneumonia. The dr. Said. You will be fine, if you're not better by the end of the week come back. needless to say I called my old dr. He got me in right away and took very good care of me. I had Pnuemonia. Dr. Beltre could care less about his patients. Also there is always at least a 2 hr. Wait to see him with an appointment.

There bed side manner is completely unprofessional they say that it's all in your head like they know how you feel. You have to wait an hour to be seen if not longer and to get an appointment they think you have no life waiting between 10 and 20 minutes for someone to answer . What happen to ALL the good Doctors that are more thorough in checking everything not just spending a few minutes IT seems like all they care about is the almighty dollar.

You don't see Beltre. You see an RN and a PA (Harriet Rice). Have severe social anxiety and depression. She assumed I was bipolar. She ordered 7 tests (5 were unnecessary). Prescribed me an very high dosage of Seroquel after a 10 minute discussion and before I even got the testing done. Seroquel would have given false readings on the very expensive tests. After researching this medication, I knew she was full of it. I couldn't find one person that had benifitted from Seroquel. I'm convinced the med would have worsened the causes of my anxiety and depression. I dumped the $350 month supply. Beltre's office is in the business of getting kick backs from AstraZenica, not helping people. Don't waste your time or money.

Concern was unnecessary procedures generating higher cost. Such services had no connection to my need. Explaination was these were now 'office essential'. This tripled my out-of-pocket fee. The MD refused to talk to me, spoke to several staff members in nearby exam room, which conversation I heard everything. RN then returned and announced that I adhere to this set-up or I could seek services elsewhere. The Practice did not pay attention to my concerns, making me uncomfortable, solidifying the fact I no longer felt cared for.
