Called to make an appointment and was told I do not qualify because I MUST have a secondary insurance to my Medicare. I asked why and was told doe to the high cost of treatment a secondary is required in order to be given an appointment I told them I would cover the extra cost myself and was told that it was not their policy to allow that. Pretty sad when a patient needs treatment particularly for a painful condition and cannot get it because a decision is made by staff and policy as to the fact that the cost MAY be too high! So sad...

Doctor JC was very patient and took a lot of time with me. His nurse Beth was awesome too. The rest of the staff was very nice too.

Dr. Joshi is an excellent doctor he is patient and he explains everything thoroughly. I wish I can see him all the time which is one of my major complaints. I do like Katrina Kemp the PA she is very knowledgeable very thorough compassionate which is what all the patients need. As far as the staff I will say that out of everyone there I enjoy speaking with Heidi she tends to listen she calls me back and she is compassionate with the patients. Other than that I think the rest of the staff with the exception of Leila needs to go to an​ administrative professional seminar. It will be nice to see dr. Joshi at least once during our appointments. As far as the infusion room I believe it will be better if you had a choice where to be infused it is a small office but I guess it's okay. It will be nice to have your family member next to you just like the cancer center.

Whenever I call I am put on hold. You wait 15 to 20 minutes in the reception area and the same in the waiting room for the doctor. You could never get a voice you have to leave a message In hopes that they call you back.

Wonderful office, great staff, only reason I won't give them 5 out of 5 on everything is I always have to wait, no matter what time of day. And they don't take credit cards, so I can't use my FSA account. Doctor is very knowledgable, PA's are great to work with, always listen to your concerns, willing to change meds if something just isn't working for you, they really care about your well being, not just their wallets.

She is called a associate of this office. Does she have a degree in RA, No most the these associates have no real deep knowlege in this area. Another new associate that a friend of mine went to in this office also asked me whether or not he knew what he was doing. When you enter the office lhey have alot of patients but should not indicated that they are good. They should keep a list of your medication which for me I have not changed in months yet when speaking to the nurse and going over them I have to constantly tell her what I'm not taking again and again. Was also quoted one price for my visit they told another. Does is fall under how much money they didn't make. It's the same thing that goes on with the doctor nothing new. We talk no new medicine so what does price range include they don't have an answer. They forget my prescriptions most alway. Would not recommend.

The staff does not have your best interest in mind. They by no means will be in a hurry for anything. Very dissappointed and will not go back.

The Doctor's at this office is Awesone Dr Joshi and Dr Kemp saved my life. However the office staff is very unprofessional and need a lesson in proper customr service.
