This doctors office has the worst punctuality. I have taken my grandmother here multiple times and have sat in the waiting room for more than 2 hours after her appointment time with no early warnings about the wait. My grandmother also has to sit in a wheelchair and the front desk was told that it would be best for her to stay in it when brought back. Once back they made her switch into the patient chair and had no accommodations for her. Overall terrible service, care, and punctuality. We will not be coming back.

Dr. Beiler was very compassionate and thorough during my eye exam. He was on time and enjoyable.
