Dr. Patricia Wong never showed up at her disabled patient's long-term care facility after many calls from us and the RNs at the home. The RNs were also complaining since she has many other patients at the same facility and Dr. Wong is known among the nurses as the most irresponsible doctor in Richmond. We booked an in-person visit since she never showed up for at-home appointments, but when we arrived to the clinic on time, the receptionist said there is a long long wait even with an appointment, and rudely to leave if we don't want to wait. We ended up not being able to see the doctor at all because she was so behind schedule, and she did not even offer to book another appointment. Patricia Wong is a irresponsible and disrespects her patients every time we have an appointment. Her staff is the same. I won't recommend her at all, even for people who don't have a family doctor.

everytime i go to her she usually bashes on me and my family when we didn’t know what we did wrong she would be very disrespectful whenever we meet with her. when she is wrong she doesn’t admit to it and leave acting like it didn’t happen honestly one of the worst doctors in the mainland wish i could give 0 everything

I stopped going to her because she is always in a rush to se as many patients as possible, especially in the late afternoons. One time I went to see her, I had the chills, could barely stand up, I had to sit down. when she came into the room, she sat in a chair across from me on the other side of the room. She asked me what my symptoms were, and immediately said," You have the flu". the whole time, she didn't even get up from her chair. She did not take my temperature or even feel my forehead. she just quickly wrote out a prescription and left the room. It all took less than 5 minutes.

Dr. Wong is very unprofessional and makes you wait for an hour while she meets other patients who arrived later than you. She misdiagnosed me several times and only talked to me for five minutes while I waited for an hour.

Absolutely horrible! My mother has severe OCD and is extremely anxious at the doctors, and Dr. Patricia Wong is unbelievably impatient with her and always treats her like a crazy person, brushing her concerns off left and right. ABSOLUTELY DEGRADING to watch my family DOCTOR strip my mother of all human dignity.

Dr. Patricia Wong has been my physician for over 15 years. She is knowledgeable, helpful, compassionate and caring. I usually go in with my list of questions and she answers them all. She takes time to listen to my concerns and sends me for tests with followup test result visits and gives advice for my well being. She has helped me through a lot during these years.
