Showed up for my appointment today. The doors were locked, they did not call and notify me prior. Sound familiar? What a waste of everyone's time, this guy sucks.

He books appointments for his patients then just dosnt show up for the appointments leaving people standing out in the cold. Phone just rings and goes to voice-mail. No note on the doors. No cancelation email. I sure hope he's not billing my bc medical for an appointment I didn't get.

Horrible person...self possessed and only cares about money. He treats everybody as if he is above them. Run away as fast as you can, wherever he is now. I only hope this children are not like him.

The appointment was at the Stadacona Centre in Victoria. The appointment started within 5 minutes of scheduled time. Dr. Hancock was pleasant and knowledgeable and I received great service.

My initial consultation in February went fine, but I was supposed to have my first actual appointment on July 13, 2023 (today is July 11, 2023). The phone number is out of service, no response to emails, a friend of mine walked by for me and saw the office was closed. So I guess I don't have an appointment anymore! Can see from the other reviews that this happens a lot. Definitely go elsewhere.

As with others, conflicting thoughts. Saw Dr. Hancock and he was great. Went for my follow up on July 04, 2023 and the office was closed, phone number said out of service. I waited for 1/2 hr, emailed and still have had no response! No appointment cancellation. There were others waiting, too. Incredibly unprofessional.

I had one appt a month ago and it went great. My follow up was yesterday and the office was closed and now today the phone number is out of service!
Don’t know what’s going on. But this appears to have happened in the past. Bizarre.

I am conflicted with my rating. I met the doctor once and he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and prompt. My last appointment was cancelled? I honestly have no idea as he seems to have disappeared. The office was closed, number is out of service and no one has responded to my email. For a doctor to disappear without a word is distressing to say the least :(

I've had Tuesday and Wednesday appt. with this Dr. for a month now. I have to drive over 2 hours to Victoria and each time, I have driven all the way down and get a phone call 5 mins before appt. time that he cannot get out of bed? No phone number I have works to confirm appts before I make the trip. I am so upset and stressed. Please please find another Dr. This one is a joke, plain and simple and will give you nothing but a major hassle.

He is a clown, and THAT is being generous!! He only cares about money and himself. Maybe he has done a lot, but it is for himself. RUN away from him as fast as you can. HORRIBLE MAN!!
