Even though we scheduled the appointment letting the office staff know our referral source and the office we are coming from, they failed to obtain the paperwork prior to our appointment. Thus we had to waste 15 minutes refilling the same exact form out again. Then we proceeded to wait 45 minutes before our "consultation" which was less than a minute long. No offer to answer any questions. Just an awful experience.

Dr. Baddam is a very knowledgement, no nonsense, straight from the hip person which I highly respect and appreciate.

Rushed 3 min. "consultation" with staff making snide, condescending remarks. I felt like I was in sone 3rd world country. Pretty pathetic.
